Deleting your data

Remove one connection

In Tapsa, open Settings → Connections and choose Remove next to the service. Its keys and the data fetched through it are deleted at once.

• Meta: you can also remove the app in Facebook's settings (Settings → Apps and websites, or Business settings → Integrations). Access ends at once and the data is deleted within 30 days at the latest.
• Google: remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Shopify: uninstall the app in your store admin. Shopify tells us and the store's data is deleted.

Remove a store or your whole account

Write to hello@tapsa.io from the email you sign in with and say whether to delete one store or your whole account. We delete the data within 30 days, backups included, and confirm by email.
